1. General Policy
At A2Hosted, we are committed to delivering high-quality software development, network maintenance, and server installation services. Because our work involves significant time, expertise, and custom deliverables, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as described below.
2. Digital Services & Custom Work (Software/App/Website Development)
- Custom software, apps, and websites are non-refundable once work has begun, because the work is tailored specifically to you.
- If you cancel a project before any work has started: 100% refund.
- If you cancel after work has started but before 25% completion: 50% refund of any prepaid amount.
- If you cancel after 25% completion: No refund, but you will receive all work completed up to that point.
We determine completion percentage based on milestones defined in your project proposal or invoice.
3. Network Maintenance & Server Installation Services
- One-time installation/setup fees: Non-refundable once on-site or remote work has begun.
- Prepaid monthly maintenance packages: Refundable only if you cancel within 7 days of purchase AND no maintenance work has been performed yet.
- After any maintenance work has been performed (even once): No refund for that month's fee.
4. Hourly or Consultation Services
- Hourly consulting, diagnostics, or emergency support: Non-refundable once the hour has been delivered.
- Unused prepaid hours: Refundable within 30 days of purchase, minus a 10% admin fee.
5. Subscription or Retainer Services
- Monthly retainers: Can be cancelled anytime for the following month.
- No refunds for the current month if any service has been provided.
- If you prepay for 3/6/12 months and cancel early: Refund for unused full months only, minus a 15% early-cancellation fee.
6. Domains, SSL, or Third-Party Costs
Any third-party costs we pay on your behalf (domain registration, SSL certificates, cloud server fees, software licenses) are non-refundable once purchased, because those providers do not refund us.
7. Dissatisfaction with Work Quality
If you are unhappy with the quality of delivered work:
- You must notify us within 14 days of delivery.
- We will make reasonable corrections at no additional charge.
- If we cannot resolve the issue after two good-faith attempts, you may request a partial refund proportional to the specific defective deliverable (not the entire project).
8. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

3. Include: Invoice number, date of purchase, description of work, and reason for refund request
We will respond within 5 business days.
9. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
- Processing time: 7–14 business days (depending on your bank or payment provider).
- We do not refund payment processing fees unless required by law.
10. No Refund Scenarios
No refund will be given if:
- You change your mind after work has substantially begun
- You failed to provide necessary access, information, or approvals in a timely manner
- You violated our Terms of Service
- You caused the issue yourself (e.g., broke your own server after we installed it)
- More than 30 days have passed since the invoice date (except for long-term projects with active milestones)
11. Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback without first requesting a refund through our policy:
- We will suspend all active services immediately.
- You will be responsible for all chargeback fees and collection costs.
- We reserve the right to pursue legal action for unpaid valid invoices.
12. Exceptions
We may grant exceptions to this policy at our sole discretion, especially for long-term clients or extenuating circumstances. Any exception must be confirmed in writing by A2Hosted.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy. Changes are effective when posted on a2hosted.web.id. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
