To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- A2Hosted is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (lost profits, data loss, downtime)
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 6 months
We do not guarantee that our work will be error-free or uninterrupted, but we will use reasonable skill and care.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify A2Hosted against any claims arising from:
- Your misuse of our services
- Your violation of any law
- Your infringement of a third party's rights (e.g., using unlicensed software we were not told about)

9. Service Level & Response Times

We aim to respond to:
- Critical issues (server down, network outage): Within [2] hours

These are targets, not guarantees, unless a separate SLA has been signed.

10. Termination
